We currently ship to customers in the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, and any applicable free shipping threshold will be shown on our website or at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 5-10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us at luislee1388@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at luislee1388@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package and product so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
