We currently ship to customers in the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery

Free shipping is available for most parts of the United States. Should your location fall under a special category, we will reach out to you via email—please keep an eye on your inbox! Additionally, if you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Available services and final charges are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Shipping Address

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier first.

If your package arrives damaged, email support@aidacru.org promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
