Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at luislee1388@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, damaged, or tampered dietary supplement products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used dietary supplements
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email luislee1388@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us at luislee1388@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
