Shipping

We currently ship to customers in the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $5.99

Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $60.00 and up

Express Shipping: $15.00

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery within the United States is typically 3-5 business days after shipment. Express delivery is typically 1-2 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns

Unused, unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

For health, safety, and quality reasons, opened, used, damaged, or tampered dietary supplement products cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at luislee1388@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us at luislee1388@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.
